I am doing an internship at a Dutch company specialized in decentralized wastewater treatment solutions, where I work with the team to enhance the efficiency of the company’s flagship treatment facility. Additionally, I am tasked with developing a start-up procedure for the plant’s Oxygen Limited Autotrophic Nitrification Denitrification (OLAND) reactor. Through this internship, I am presented with a valuable opportunity to put into practice everything I learned during the past two semesters of the IMETE programme.
